An FCA weekend retreat for Women Coaches, Athletes, FCA Staff, Huddle Coaches, Volunteers, Coaches Wives  and other women (college graduates and older) who would enjoy a time of spiritual renewal, rest and relaxation with other sport/competition minded ladies.

Check-in begins at 3:30 p.m. Friday, September 28
Retreat ends at 10:45 a.m. Sunday, September 30

 Cost per person (two queen beds per room for first 30 rooms reserved):

  • Single Occupancy - $515
  • Double Occupancy - $350 
  • Triple Occupancy - $295 (please secure your roommates prior to registering)
  • Quad Occupancy - $265 (please secure your roommates prior to registering)

Free time options: beach, pool, tennis (free, bring racket), golf, massage.


Closest airport is Daytona International Airport in Daytona Beach.  Sanford International is next closest. 

Transportation available for those flying into Daytona International, must request transportation by Friday, September 14th.  Those needing transportation to Daytona International Airport, please schedule your flight after 1:00 p.m. Sunday, September 30.

  • Balance due will be charged to the credit card Monday, September 10th
  • Org transfers will be initiated September 10th
  • Cancellation fee $100 through September 10th 
  • Cancellation fee after September 10th is $150
  • After September 25th cancellation & No Show fee are full Amount

Meet Rachel Ruth Wright & Honey Swihart:

Rachel Ruth Wright
Rachel-Ruth Lotz Wright was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, the daughter of Anne Graham Lotz and granddaughter of the late Billy Graham. Following graduation from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, she married Steven Wright, a high school football coach, and has three daughters: Bell, Sophia, and Riggin.

Rachel-Ruth teaches a weekly women’s Bible study at the University of North Carolina organized by the women’s Hall of Fame basketball coach, Sylvia Hatchell; chairs the weekly prayer team that undergirds her mother’s ministry; serves on the Board of Directors for AnGeL Ministries; and speaks at various women’s events, conferences, churches and other organizations both in the country and internationally.

Rachel-Ruth not only has a heart for teaching God’s Word, but for passing on His truth to the next generation as well. She was a former Junior Varsity tennis coach; taught a monthly missions chapel at a local Christian academy for 8 years; and leads the middle school group at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Coaches Camp each summer in Black Mountain, NC.

Honey Swihart
Honey Swihart is a passionate worshipper who loves to draw people into the Lord's presence through music. She has been honored to share her gift across the globe, partnering with organizations such as Operation Mobilization, Power and Love and FCA. 

She currently serves as Worship Pastor at Thrive Church in Port Orange. She adores her husband Aaron (her resident recording engineer) and her 3 musically talented children. Her oldest daughter is an FCA student leader on her high school campus.

**For those needing transportation to Daytona International Airport, please schedule your flight at 1:00 p.m. or later.


**IF ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE, ladies can arrive up to 3 days early and stay 3 days after the retreat for $139 per room per night (regardless of occupancy per room).  

The $139 price is for lodging only.  Meals are extra, self parking is $10 per day per vehicle, and valet parking is $18 per day per vehicle. 

All of these costs are in addition to the cost of the retreat. Costs will need to be billed to the master bill and paid to FCA by September 10th in order to receive these reduced rates.
